And Professor Ane Zelaia Jauregi encouraged her to do a project other than career assignments, along with two other people. Badok and Musikasi collected data from Basque music sites and took them to Wikipedia's database Wikidata. “There is still a lot of data missing, but we complete them a bit and, above all, we provide them with structure. This allows systematic consultation and comparison with other international locations.” For example, you can complete the ranking of Basque musicians based on the number of albums published, or you can make diagrams of times per date published.

Foreign experience and brand of questions for the future

That same momentum of doing new things led him to Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. There he has been through Erasmus, and he has recently made an unbeatable assessment of his experience, even though he still has to do tests. “A lot of people are going to study the career outside the home, but as I stayed at home, I wanted to go outside and see what other universities learn in the artificial intelligence career.”

In fact, since this is a new area, the subjects are quite different in one or the other. In Ljubljana, initially, he chose the subjects of the master’s degree, but then he was recommended to take them, otherwise the workload would be too high. “Although at first I had another intention, I have been very comfortable. I’ve learned different things and it’s been an opportunity to get out of my field and learn something new.” Apart from the subjects, he has had the opportunity to travel and meet people from many countries, and makes an exceptional assessment of the whole experience.

Finally, asked how he sees the future, his answer is: “A big question.” He says he would like to continue studying. For example, he likes image processing. “Last summer I practiced at the DIPC (Donostia International Physics Center) and I was very comfortable. When I come back, I will continue with them. There's also a very interesting master's degree in language, but I think the image attracts me more. Another option is to go outside, but I don’t know.” After remaining thoughtful for a while, he repeated: “It’s a question mark.”
