Two US universities and Holland have carried out two studies that conclude that, once marketed, it is observed that the dose of drugs in 20% is higher than the necessary have to decrease.

It seems that pharmaceutical companies are under great pressure to decide the dose as soon as possible and research is still in the early stages. For this reason, in many cases the drugs carry a double dose of the necessary when they come to light and until doctors see how they affect patients in patients, the dose does not decrease.

However, the opposite happens to a group of drugs: antibiotics. This is because after a period of time the dose increases. According to the researchers this is due to the emergence of resistance.
