This summer in the French town of Saint-Pierre-de-Chandieu (next to Lyon) a unique pilot factory has begun work. Its mission is to make the most of the retired cars, as today the old car generates thousands of tons of non-degradable material.

Once the engine, gearbox and reusable elements are removed, the residue is broken and the metal fragments are separated. The rest consists of glass, textile, plastics, rubber, etc., with a weight ranging from 25% to 30% of waste. The rest of the glass is separated by conventional systems. The rest is sprayed and mixed with coal powder is injected by a baked tube to burn on it.
