Although the opposite has been heard on several occasions, sharks also have cancer. This is the discovery made by a group of researchers from Johns Hopkins University in the United States.
So far it has been believed that sharks did not develop cancer and that some parts of sharks, especially the most cartilage, were ideal for fighting cancer. According to research by Hopkins University researchers, sharks support about 40 types of cancer. A type of cancer that acts on shark cartilage, called chondroma, has also been found. As in shark cartilages there is hardly a glass of blood, it has been believed that cancer could not develop. This is because tumors use blood vessels to feed and grow. According to researchers, natural medicine can help cure certain diseases, but in this case it was wrong.
