The well-known British physicist Stephen Hawking is concerned that he believes that artificial intelligence can overcome man's intelligence and come to control the world. He recently exposed his concerns in this matter in an interview published in the German magazine Focus. Hawking believes genetic engineering must be used to improve DNA and create smarter beings.

In approximately eighteen months, the capacity of computers doubles, while that of humans does not improve. Therefore, the physicist assures that one day technology can overcome the human being.
